Our pies are hand tossed, light on sauce, thin crust, slices easily fold in half, served on a paper plate with wax paper, warmed when you order and available every day. Our ingredients are fresh, local and organic when possible. Cooked using a stone oven – not conveyor belt. When we say large, we mean large. All slices are on an 18″ pizza. Our large is 18″, too. Does it all matter? … Of course it does!
